·In order to avoid shaking during transportation, hammers are tied to the action rail. Please dismount the strips before you play the piano.
·The piano is covered with water proof plastic bag and thick anti-collision foam.
·We use standard exporting pallet which is easy for trucking by forklift.

Macheng Sounds Musical Instruments Factory is a leading piano manufacturer in China. "Middleford" is our main brand. With 35 years' experience in piano manufacturing and 22 years' experience in piano exporting, we build pianos for global market and offer OEM & ODM service for piano companies worldwide.
There are nine modern production lines at the Middleford piano factory. The total factory area is 3800 sqm with 120 skilled workers and 15 professional quality control technicians. In 2015, the factory built two automated production lines to make skeleton parts. Core parts like bridge cutting and tuning pin drilling are finished by CNC machines. T/T 50% deposit in advance and the balance before shipment. Other payment terms please discuss with our sales.
Q4. When will you deliver the piano ?
A. If we have stock, we can arrange delivery within 7 days.
B. If no stock, the production time depends on the order quantity. Usually 20~35 days for a 20ft container(15 pianos). 30~45 days for a 40ft container(30 pianos).
