Product Description
Gas / liquid coalescing filter with deep coalescence material,is used to remove small mist entrained in the gas,such as hydrocarbon condensate. The filter media is superfine borosilicate glass fiber,which has a wide range of chemical compatibility. The filter has long service life, low pressure drop,fast liquid discharge rate,operation under higher pressure conditions. Gas flows through the inside to the outside and the mist is trapped. Multiple liquid mist build-up, gradually larger, then becomes a large droplet,separated from the gas on the outermost layer of the filter element and drained quickly.
Applicable gas: Air, fuel gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other gas removal droplet filtration.

Application

  3. To protect pneumatic components and instruments in instrument air duct pipeline
  4. To protect the fuel gas nozzle in fuel gas pipeline
  5. Gas pre-filtration of refinery hydrogenation unit and pre-filtration of CBM treatment
  6. To prevent or reduce mist entrainment and foaming before Ammonia wash tower / ethylene glycol tower
  7. Separation and recovery of running loss liquid ammonia and alcohol, to reduce losses after Ammonia wash tower / ethylene glycol tower
  8. To remove entrained droplets to extend service life before molecular sieve / drying tower
