The fire shutter door is authorized by the National Fire Protection Center. It is manufactured according to the national standard GB14102-2005.


2. Motor:

Fire rated Roller Shutter Door

The fire shutter door is authorized by the National Fire Protection Center. It is manufactured according to the national standard GB14102-2005. It adopts the special curtain system for driving the reel of the fireproof motor. The control box can realize the special rolling shutter door that can be linked with the fire protection system of the whole building. Special materials make it fire and smoke resistant, and the fire resistance limit is more than 3h. Widely used in shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, underground garages and other public places divided into fire zones.

Slats:
The door slat is made of double-layer 0.8mm thick galvanized steel plate, and the door panel is filled with 10mm aluminum silicate fireproof cotton, which has the function of fireproof and temperature insulation.


Track:
The track adopts a 1.5mm thick galvanized steel rail. The rail is internally covered with a smoke-proof sealing strip, which is heated to expand and isolate smoke and heat.

Roller:
The reel is 2.5mm thick, φ140mm galvanized steel pipe, and the measured deflection is 1/3891.

Motor

The motor and controller are fireproof and have CCCF certification issued by China National Fire Protection Center. It can be linked with a fire sensor or a fire bus.
Inside with UPS power ,no need worry about  the power off.



Export Packing standard.

1.Multi-layer plastic bubble film pack all the parts carefully.
