      The first-class medium-sized sweeper can be used in complex application environments that standard sweepers cannot cope with, but do not require the use of heavy-duty sweepers. The ZYMP sweeper is equipped with a heavy-duty bracket, a larger and stronger scraper, and a robust double tensioning system. Although the installation is simple and the maintenance is fast, the most important thing is that - the cleaning effect is very outstanding. Gobadi uses a solid one-piece scraper with a scraper with the same patented technology. The relatively large size of the cleaning scraper applies optimum knife end pressure to the conveyor belt, so it can effectively clean high-speed and high-load conveyor systems. The patented polyurethane composition of the scraper has high wear resistance and extends the service life of the scraper.
 Good blade tension is the key to effective cleaning. Many cleaners work well in the early stage of use, but the scraper soon begins to wear out, resulting in reduced pressure on the conveyor belt surface and cleaning efficiency
Descending. In most cases, the normal tensioning system does not allow the operator to set the optimum tensioning force when re-tensioning is required. The double quick installation tensioning device allows the user to visually see the tensioning effect of the scraper. The operation is very simple, just measure the length of the spring, and then adjust the nut to the optimum length according to the spring length control table attached to the component substrate; it is not only convenient but also repeatable.
 The first-class medium-sized sweepers are all equipped with mounting plates and integrated tensioning devices, which can be installed at any time. You can follow the installation steps with diagrams to explain the installation, which also includes the specific positioning of the fixing rod; in addition, alternative positioning sizes are also available, which you can flexibly adjust according to the obstacles around the installation place. The general-purpose mounting plate can be fixed to the unloading chute or the conveyor belt rack by bolting or welding. The three-stage retractable fixed mounting rod is lightweight and easy to install on the mounting plate. The optional mounting rod and mounting plate provide a mounting surface at the open head end of the conveyor belt for easy installation. Almost no maintenance is required, you only need to check the blade tension occasionally and readjust as needed.
