We are a small factory for quartz &.glass cuvettes in China. Those cuvettes are widely use for spectrophotometer, fluorometers, colorimeters.
For the quartz cuvettes, we made from top grade material Synthetic Silica, which called "JGS1"in China. It is similar like Corning 7980 or Heraeus.
How to make a cuvette:
Temperature can only be normal.
Second: Diffusion-Bonded or called Sintered technology
We use this way to make our cuvettes. It can bear the Organic solvents, like Hydrochloric or Alkali resistance. Compare the seamless cuvettes, it is economic way only need you not put the Inorganic solvents inside it. But it can't welded the screw neck or tubes. Temperature can up to 700 degree.
Third: Newton's ring, the cuvettes is Seamless. The whole cuvettes body just like a fixed body, strong and SEAMLESS. It can welded the tubes or screw neck. If not consider the unit price, those cuvettes are the best and can load
Temperature can be to 1100 degree, because there are no intermedia inside the connected walls.
Pathlength could be adjusted, outside size normally is 45x12.5x12.5
