1. UV assembly line visual laser marking, combining CCD aser marking, motion control and other technologies to realize flexible automatic marking processing.

2. With conveyor belt 1.5m*0.2m, color optional, support conveyor belt customization.

3.Adopted famous Gainlaser brand waer cooling 5W UV laser, with short wavelength,focus,smaller spot,belongs to cold process with a little heat affecting,good beam quality, it can acachieve hyperfine marking.Most materials can absorb ultraviolet laser,it is widely applied on industrials; with very little heat affecting area, it won't have heat effect,there is no burning problem,pollution-free,non-toxic,high marking speed,high efficiency,the machine performance is stable,low power.

4.With high quality galvanometer (355nm)  &  F-THETA scanning lens, has good facula mode, more thin single line, suitable for hyperfine processing, high system integration, less malfunction, are the real suitable for industrial processing area.

5. Laser Vision system(COWARE) assembly line visual laser marking, combining CCD aser marking, motion control and other technologies to realize flexible automatic marking processing.

6. Industrial chiller CWUL-05 cooling the UV laser, ensuring long time continious working. 

7. Marked graph and characters is permanent , will not regression  due to friction.

8. No consumable, low power consumption, whole air cooling, no need water cooling, total machine power less than 1000W.

9. Not influenced by severe environment and bag weather, can continue working with accumulator when power failure. 

10. One piece design of control cabinet and marking table, small cover area.
