Forced Circulation Evaporatation Plant
Forced Circulation Evaporation Plant is used to avoid liquor boiling from fouling and crystallizing, flow velocity of liquor relatively is higer in the heating tubes.
Circulating liquor is heated when it flow to pass the heating exchanger,then partially evaporating in separator when pressure reduce, that liquor will be cooled to boiling  temperature of corresponding pressure. In the course of crystalization ,crystals can be separated out from circulating slurry through circulating flow velocity or separator of special design. 


Particular feature:
Long operating periods, evaporation take place in the separator, fouling in the calandria is therefore minimised.
Optimised heat exchange surface, flow velocity in the tubes determined by the circulation pump.


Fields of application:
Liquid with a high tendency for fouling ,highly viscous liquid , as the high concentrating  step in multiple –effect evaporation plants.
Forced circulation evaporators are optimally suited as crystallising evaporators for  Saline solutions. In course of  crystalizing , crystal can separate out through velocity of circulating  flow or separator of special design.
