Product Description
SCH240 +SCR690 straw returning machine is suitable for 220-260 HP tractors, with a working width of 6.9 meters. It is mainly used for crushing rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, cotton and small shrubs and returning them to the field. The front and rear cutter shafts operate simultaneously to improve straw crushing efficiency. After being chopped and evenly sprinkled on the ground, it can increase the nutrients of soil organic matter and achieve various effects such as increasing production gain & income, protecting the ecological environment, and reducing the rate of pests and diseases.
1. During operation, the front and rear weight is evenly distributed to optimize fuel economy.
2. The working widths of the front and rear cutter shafts overlap to avoid missing cuts;
3. The blades adopt a double-helical arrangement, which enables smoother startup and smaller workload;
4. SCH240 can be installed separately in the front or rear;
5. The hoods on both sides of SCR690 have a floating function in the vertical direction which have good performance to fit all terrains
6. Large-area width-displaying reflector makes a safer transportation and transition.
