The full automatic filling and sealing machine is mainly used for filling viscosity chemical materials such as silicone sealant, silicone rubber, PU sealant, MS sealant,  acrylic sealant, adhesive, paste etc into sausage film tube. It is horizontal structure, has features of moving easily, with advanced pneumatic and photoelectric monitoring as well as PLC intelligent control

During production, sausage film tube is made automatic, filling, sealing, clipping and cutting are all by machine automatically. This machine can be designed with one or two or four quantitative cylinders, if customers often need to change different colors, they can just swith to another quantitative cylinder, no need to spend too much time for cleaning the inside previous materials. This will be much more convenient for mass production and improving the working efficiency much.

This sausage filling machine features with high automation and easy operation. Friendly man-machine operating interface is available, filling volume can be set by touching type interface, filling volume is between 300ml to 600ml. It is an excellent assistance for sealant manufacturers.
