The line adopts many module parts, and the machine connect each module by conveyor belt. The language of Human Machine Interface is edited in English and Chinese. All access to variable parameters needs password.
The production line can not consider the conveyor belt of assemblies, except intermediary assembly. For all modules, the machine provides an exit automatic scrap box. Each modular accomplish all its mechanical action under the control of PLC, computer and IPC, and makes the realization of whole line networking and online monitoring.
The line can be integrated into user MES system to dynamically view online the operation status, products assembly and testing.
The key test site has a code scanning memory function to ensure the traceability of Ok and NOK products, and complete data information is displayed on the industrial computer screen.
To ensure that the equipment can work normally at 10‐40ºC and 60% ~ 85% humidity , the equipment fully considers the dimension error caused by the deformation of parts and the water absorption of the shell during the manufacture, handling and assembly of the product (MCB). The whole equipment features reasonable design, high mechanical strength and easy maintenance.
