Description of Product
This full automatic cartridge filling machine is used for filling chemical viscosity materials such as silicone sealant, silicone rubber, acrylic sealant, PU sealant, MS sealant, electronic sealant, adhesive or paste into plastic cartridges. Its structure is vertical filling. It is designed with two filling systems and two plunger inserting system, compared to the single system, in theory its working efficiency is double, its filling speed is about 50-60pcs/min.
During the filling process, the uploading of plastic cartridges and plungers, material filling, plunger inserting and air exhausting are automatic, quantity counting and code printing are also automatic. There's friendly man-machine interface, worker can set the filling volume by touching type interface directly. This automatic filling machine has advantages of filling fastly and operating continuous, it not only meets large-scale production requirement, saves production cost, but also keeps the quality of sealant stable and reliable. This machine is very useful and helpful for silicone sealant companies.
