Functional Position Splint features:

Save time and money with preformed splints by Klarity. They're ready to use and can be easily moldified with a heat gun or by dipping in hot water 65-70 centi degrees for 1 minute.
Splints include Velcro straps pre-attached;
Available solid and perforated.
