Brief Introduction:
This machine is special designed for filtering waste cooking oil, dirty vegetable oil, palm oil, coconut oil, trench oil, swill oil, animal oil etc. It effectively removes particles, water, acid and alcohol etc. from the waste oil. The treated oil is clean, limpidity, and with good smell, so as to reach the edible standard again. Series COP-E is a good recycling machine for fried food factory, oil restaurant, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, soap production, biodiesel production, and waste oil collecting store.
It is mainly used for purifying UCO used cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It dewaters, deodorizes, and eliminates impurities highly effectively.
This is a pre-treatment process of producing biodiesel, helping clients clean the used cooking oils by removing particles, water content, gas content, etc…
This oil recycling machine is installed a Plate Pressure system as extra option to separate the sundry goods, big-size particles and water from the oil quickly and effectively if the oil contains too many particles.
Two primary filters and fine filter combined for removing various sizes of impurities thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly vacuum system to dewater and degas. In addition, this machine use stainless steel filter element, it resists the acid in oil strongly. So, the used cooking oil was recycled by machine and become clean.
According to treated oil usages, there're different machine bodies for you. For edible usage, we suggest choosing full stainless steel body; for industrial, we suggest choosing carbon steel body.

Features:

5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak.
