Product Description
GBSXJ-1600 Bridge Type Two Way Cutting Machine has a vertical blade and a horizontal blade.
The vertical blade diameter 1600mm. It is for vertically cutting marble block into pieces first.
The horizontal blade diameter 400-600mm. It is for horizontally cutting the marble pieces off from the block secondly.
The vertical blade and horizontal blade can work simultaneously. Once the vertical cutting is finished, soon the horizontal blade follow to cut the marble piece off from the block. So the operator doesn't need to wait for all the vertical cuttings are finished and then stop the machine to knock off the marble pieces from the block by hand as they do in the past. This greatly improves the machine cutting efficiency.
This machine does vertical and horizontal cutting automatically. The operation is very easy from integrated control cabinet.
Both the bridge and supporting rails are covered to protect from dust and water spray.
The marble block is usually cut directly on the ground. Block trolley is only supplied at customer request.
