1. Are you able to offer samples?

Yes, we do have samples, however, the shipment fees should bear by the purchasers.

2. How long it will takes for the samples arrive to us?

Samples will be arranged within 10 days at our end and it depends on the shipping mode, either by freight or sea.

3. Do you own any of the production base? 

Yes, we are currently own two bases, one placed in Shaanxi Province and another placed in Zhejiang Province.

4. What is your payment terms?

30% T/T prior to stock delivery and 70% T/T balance upon the copy of B/L.

5. How long is the lead time?

Lead time is about 30-35 working days after receipt of 30% T/T payment for container order.

6. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?

To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, you can use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Never use an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.
