SINGIP conveyor is equipped with pads in 40cr steel without the use of ball bearings, all the pads surface error range with 0.02mm, producing very high precision that is an essential element in bevel processing. We adopt thick cast iron on main structure (bedplate, beams and stand column) and high precision guide rail to eliminate vibrations and giving excellent grinding quality.
MINIMIZED MAINTENANCE COSTS
Singip bevellers are recognized for their reliability, minimal maintenance and longevity. The maintenance free conveyor, the centralized lubrication system and the inlet and outlet arms equipped with synchronous belt that can be individually replaced are common features for all models.

The touch screen control panels of SINGIP bevel machine stand for user-friendliness, flexibility and functionality. They can automatically perform calculations, report errors and prevent operation with incorrect parameters. The design of the work to be performed is displayed.
Our bevelling machine equipped with a new structure electric cabinet. Its' control panel is covered with glue that can protect the function sign permanently without faded. Bright colors, icons and drawings are used for a fast learning of the functions. The air bar support design and heavy duty contactor help you check the cabinet easily. The advanced features provide statistics related to production.
