Screen Printer With Color Sensor And Servo System For Auto Color Registration
screen printer add servo system for color registration. The machine should be PLC contorl, left and right by servo system, the frame move by electric, roating by servo system, do not need gear,with color sensor too.
Machine adopted 2sets Japan Fuji servo, German Leuze color sensor and Japan Hitachi PLC system. One servo is for Screen movement, another servo is for Fixture rotation. And the German Leuze color sensor is used to recognized the print position. It make sure to accurate position of products and no need to adjustment .
Suitable for precise printing substrates in Cylindrical forms which with smooth curve surface and made of various materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, wood etc...Printing objects such as lipstick, cosmetic bottles, scour bottles, drink bottles, pots, oil-filter shell etc... Cylinder screen printers can print one color at one time. Once replacing frame and ink, they can print 4-5 colors.

1.The printing movement of servo screen printer is controlled by high precision servo motor, the printing length is set up at the PLC touch screen, easy to use, high quality printing.
