Q1: Are these product in stock, or need MOQ?
A1:Most of our product are in stock, and some would have MOQ, but we are factory so we will try to help you even that your quantity are not reach to       our MOQ.

Q2:What is your warranty and return policy?
A2: We are 100 percent to have confidence of our quality, and usually over 30years our product still maintain the same quality.
      For the return policy, if because the quality, we can discuss how we refund or resend the goods, if not about the quality, I am sorry that order can't        be return.

Q3:What is your quality and quality assurance?

       And we have double QC when produce, and our company own QC to check and help loading the tile, all the process you will be witness.

A4: If not peak season(July,August) we will send our goods in 2weeks.

Q5:Can I get a sample?
A5: Yes for sure, sample is free, but you might need to pay the freight for the first time.After our bulk order we will sending samples to you for free or      refund.
