Flotation Mineral Machine Air Floatation Cell Machine

XCF-type and KYF-type flotation machine are inflatable flotation machine, impeller diameter is small, low circumferential speed, can reduce the power of 30-50%; the tank is equipped with an air distributor, so the air dispersion is uniform; the impeller acts as a centrifugal pump, but the solid particles are fully suspended; the use of U-shape tank structure, but the tailing sand sedimentation is the least accumulation; the impeller structure and the blade gap flow down the design is reasonable, the wear of the impeller is more uniform, impeller, stator service life is long.

When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is suctioned from the bottom of the tank through the impeller blades.
