The QC of powder coating checks the surface by light both sides. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from the eye of QC. Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. Theeverage thickness of coating is more than 100um.

3. Q: What is your MOQ for a trial order? 
    A: Normally, it needs a full container shipment for protecting fence panel during transportation.
        But we can talk about it. 

4. Q: Do you provide Warranty? 
    A: Yes we do.
        1) Fence structure:10 years warranty.
          Orient Aluminium warrants that the aluminium fence structure will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.
        2) Powder Coated Colors: 5 year warranty.
           Orient Aluminium warrants that powder coated film on the product will not chip, peel, crack or flake.
           The color might fade slightly. 
           The color fade and coating chalk depends on salinity, humidity and UV radiation intensity.
           In our local projects, the common powder last 10 years, or even 15 years with slight fade and no chalk.
