Product Features:
When producing ice, the ice plate is temporarily closed, and water is sprayed from bottom to top into the ice chamber at -25ºC, resulting in almost 100% impurity removal for pure and transparent ice cubes. Once the ice is formed, the ice plate's temperature is elevated by a high-temperature hot air flow for de-icing, allowing the ice to drop into the storage refrigerator under its own weight.
Rectangular and large cube ice options are available, making it ideal for use in bars, clubs, Japanese cuisine establishments, cafes, and more.
