The grape destemming machine is mainly composed of a feeding hopper, a destemming half-screen cylinder, a destemming shaft, a feeding chute, a crushing device, a frame, a speed regulating motor, and a transmission part.
 
working principle:
The material first enters the coarse crushing studio from the feeding hopper, and then is crushed in the coarse crushing studio and then transported to the coarse screen by the screw conveyor. Due to the continuous rotation of the coarse screen, some finer materials and seeds are removed from the screen The mesh hole falls into the sub-sieve beater. Under the action of the subdivision screen beater, the juice and the seeds are separated, the juice is collected by the pulp hopper, and the seeds are discharged from the seed hopper; the coarser materials are transported to the fine crushing chamber for further crushing to improve the juice yield.
