1:Distributing box: It is formed by bending and combining steel plates ,with a distributing plate inside ,and the steel plate is made of 201 stainless steel;
2:Distribulting box :The box body is welded by 201 stainless steel plate, with a distribulting plate inside, the angle can be adjusted ,the distribulting plate is 201 stainless steel ; the external positioning handle, splint and reinforcing channel steel are made of carbon steel ;
3:Head box: the head box is a frame structure welded by section steel,with a length of 2200mm. The section steel, support plates on both sides, and the material below the material support plate are made of high-quality carbon steel , while the material spoort plate, blanking platform, and support chain bending plate are all 201 stainless steel;
4:Middle box: the middle box has seven sections, each section is 2100mm in length, the outer and top plates
are made of 201 stainless steel bent and combined, the ventilation plate and chain plate supporting materials on the inner side are 201 stainless steel ,and the support below and above the ventilation plate all are made of carbon steel. There are observation holes and access doors on both sides; There are temperature transmitters on three of the boxes, which are connected to the central control room to monitor the temperature of materials.

8:Cold air system: it is composed of fan, damper device and air outlet. The air outlet is connected to the lower part of the tail box, and the cold air is blown into the drying box to cool the material.
