H Beam Mechanical and Hydraulic Straightening Machine

Steel Structure Straightening Machine is special used for straightening the deformation of welded H-beam, which is divided into Mechanical type and Hydraulic type.
1, Mechanical type is simple in structure and convenient and reliable in operation, suitable for flange thickness not more than 40mm. Straightening rollers and main transmission roller adopt quality alloy steel, which are processed with heat treatment for a long life.
2, Hydraulic type is mainly used to correct welding deformation of H-beam steel flange plate.Two upper correction wheels press both sides of the flange, one lower correction wheel supports the middle of the flange, and the two upper correction wheels are pushed by the lower pressure cylinder to press both sides of the flange to correct the welding deformation of the flange.The equipment consists of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, cylindrical gear reducer, universal coupling, frame, lower rectifying roller device, upper rectifying roller device, web clamping device, conveying roller channel, hydraulic system and electric control system.

Mechanical type straightening machine:

Hydraulic type straightening machine:
The equipment has two upper straightening wheels downward to correct the flange. Different from mechanical straightening machine, the power to push the straightening wheel is oil cylinder instead of reducer.
The use of pressure correction has the following characteristics: 
1, The two sides of the flange can be individually corrected, which can control the correction effect and make the flange and web plate vertical after correction.
2, Roller table without lifting, cost reduction and easy to operate
3, The width of the flange that need correction increases from 800mm to 1,000mm or more.
