ALL-IN-ONE BED DESIGN
Optimal Structural Analysis
Structural analysis was applied to enhance the design, increasing the tool post body and reducing the machine's height to maintain the bed's dynamic rigidity even during heavy-duty cutting.
Additionally, the HD-SY Series bed slope is pitched at 30 degrees to ensure more stable machining.
Integrated Coolant Tank
The structure is designed with a coolant tank installed at the bed front for improved convenience. Chips can be efficiently removed from the right side of the machine.
Box Guideway
All axes of the HD-SY Series feature box guideways for enhanced travel ability. These guideways excel in offsetting vibrations caused by heavy-duty cutting.
Sealed GIB Structure
The X-axis of the HD Series is designed with a sealed GIB structure to minimize damage to turcite from chips.
