ALL-IN-ONE BED DESIGN
Optimal Structural Analysis
We applied advanced structural analysis to our machine's design to enhance the tool post body while reducing the machine's height. This ensures the bed maintains dynamic rigidity, even during heavy-duty cutting.
Additionally, the HD-SY Series features a 30-degree bed slope for more stable machining.
Integrated Coolant Tank
The coolant tank is conveniently installed at the front of the bed. Chips can be easily removed from the right side of the machine.
Box Guideway
Every axis of the HD-SY Series is equipped with box guideways for superior travel performance. These guideways excel in offsetting vibrations during heavy-duty cutting.
Sealed GIB Structure
The X-axis of the HD Series is designed with a sealed GIB structure to minimize turcite damage from chips.
