Optimal Structural Analysis
The structural analysis applied to the machine design enhances the tool post body and reduces the machine's height, maintaining the bed's dynamic rigidity even during heavy-duty cutting.
Additionally, the HD-SY Series bed slope is angled at 30 degrees, ensuring more stable machining.
Integrated Coolant Tank
Designed with the coolant tank installed at the bed front for improved convenience. Chips can be easily removed from the right side of the machine.
Box Guideway
All axes of the HD-SY Series are designed with Box guideways for superior travel ability. Box guideways excel in offsetting vibrations caused by heavy-duty cutting.
Sealed GIB Structure
The X-axis of the HD Series is designed to minimize damage to the turcite from chips, thanks to the sealed GIB structure.
