Optimal Structural Analysis
An advanced structural analysis was applied to the machine design, enhancing the tool post body and reducing the machine's height. This innovation helps to maintain the bed's dynamic rigidity even during intense heavy-duty cutting.
Additionally, the HD-SY Series bed slope is pitched at an optimal 30 degrees to ensure exceptionally stable machining.
Integrated Coolant Tank
The design includes a front-installed coolant tank at the bed for enhanced convenience. This allows for efficient chip removal from the right side of the machine.
Box Guideway
All axes of the HD-SY Series are equipped with Box guideways to enhance travel capability. These guideways excel in offsetting vibrations typically caused by heavy-duty cutting.
Sealed GIB Structure
The X-axis of the HD Series features a sealed GIB structure to minimize damage to the turcite from chips, ensuring long-term durability.
