Optimal Structural Analysis
A comprehensive structural analysis was meticulously applied to the machine's design. This effort aims to increase the tool post body and reduce the machine's height, all while maintaining the bed's dynamic rigidity even during heavy-duty cutting operations.
In addition, the HD-SY Series bed slope is precisely angled at 30 degrees, ensuring more stable and precise machining.
Integrated Coolant Tank
The structure features a coolant tank installed at the bed's front, enhancing convenience. Furthermore, chips can be efficiently removed from the right side of the machine.
Box Guideway
All axes of the HD-SY Series are engineered with Box guideways to enhance travel ability. These guideways excel in offsetting vibrations caused by heavy-duty cutting, ensuring smoother operations.
Sealed GIB Structure
The X-axis of the HD Series is specifically designed with a sealed GIB structure to minimize damage to the turcite caused by chips.
