Test Procedure 
1. Open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch . Take the cassette and dropper out of the

2. For serum testing, drip 2 or 3 drops of specimen into the sample well.
3. For whole blood testing, drip 1 drop of whole blood and 1 or 2 drops of buffer into the sample well.

Interpretation of Results
1. Negative:Only one colored band appears on the control (C) region. No apparent band on the test (T) region.
2. Positive: In addition to a pink colored control (C) band, a Distinct pink colored band will also appear in the test (T) region.
*Note (Weak Positive): Colored band appearing in control Region (C) together with a faint colored band in Test Region (T).
3. Invalid: A total absence of color in both regions is an indication of procedure error and/or the test reagent has deteriorated.
