Auto battery tray flexible smart welding and assembly line
Brief
Aluminum alloy battery tray arc welding line is composed of arc welding robot, CMT welding system, water cooling system, horizontal loading, security housing, specialized for aluminum alloy battery tray welding.
Put work piece into welding fixture and clamp it for position, transfer the fixture to the welding position by double sides loading rails, welding at the same time by the two robots. It could be increased for four robots based on capacity, automatic loading/unloading and improve production efficiency.
