Harness/ Logging Bridle

Product Introduction:
     The bridle head is used to connect cables and downhole instruments during oil logging operations, and transition from soft cables to hard instruments to facilitate the transportation of instruments downhole operations. Two points of performance that must be met:
     Pulling force--When the logging tool is blocked in the well and the pulling force is close to the upper limit of the safe use of the logging cable, the tension rod in the bridle breaks, and the logging cable is disconnected from the logging tool to safely go to the well.
     Communication-the cable core and the through line of the instrument are connected inside the bridle head, which can ensure good on-off and insulation in the high temperature and high pressure downhole environment, so that the downhole instruments can get normal power supply and transmit logging signals with the equipment on the ground.
Product function:
     1. Connection: Connect cables and logging instruments to facilitate the downhole operation of the instruments.
     2. Convenience: It can be quickly connected and disassembled, and it can ensure the connection and disconnection and insulation of the                cable core and the instrument.
     3. Protection: It has the weakness of fixed pull-off force. When the downhole tools get stuck in the well or deal with an accident,
      It can be broken at the tension rod to separate the cable from the bridle to protect the safety of the cable.
     4. Salvage: a salvage cover with a standard outer diameter is convenient for salvaging tools and avoids downhole instruments
      Damaged during salvage.

Classification:
     According to the field use, it is divided into electrode bridle, cable bridle, perforating bridle, 2530 logging system bridle, 5700 logging system bridle, and double weak point bridle;
     According to the equipped cable, it is divided into seven-core cable head, ten-core cable head, and single-core cable head.
     Corresponding bridle heads are equipped on site according to different logging requirements, which also results in a wide variety of bridle heads with different structures.
