The coating is based on high quality acrylic polymer emulsion and a variety of additives and pigment fillers,which is a new one - component waterproof coating.The film formed by the product has excellent water resistance, acid and alkaline resistance, flexibility and adhesion,which is highly reflective to the solar infrared and visible light from 400nm to 1500nm.Avoiding heat accumulation on the surface to keep the cool temperature.Water-based environmental protection product,USAGE:Open the cover and stir evenly,easy to construct.

  2. Range of application:

Metal surface,color steel tile,zinc iron tile,aluminium zinc plate,plastic tile,concrete surface and all structures that need waterproof and heat insulation.

  1. Construction method
  1. Requirements for base surface: smooth, clean, ,firm,no stains or rust, no free water.
  2. Mix the paint evenly before using a spray brush, roller or brush.Do not dilute with water.Polyester nonwoven or fiberglass fabric is recommended for strengthening layer.
  3. Before constructing large area,use polyester nonwoven or fiberglass fabric to strengthen these details: pipe root,external corner,internal corner,contraction joint,outfall...
  4. Construction thickness and coating dosage:
Paint three times with a layer of polyester nonwoven or fiberglass fabric: 2.5-3kg/square meter
Large area spraying:1-1.5kg/square meter(1.0 mm thickness)
Specific dosage is related to thickness and base layer.
  1. Each construction must wait for the upper coating dry,Do not soak the film until it is dry.Make sure the waterproof layer is completely dry before soaking in water.The drying time should be extended properly under the condition :low temperature ,high humidity,enclosed environment.
  2. The closed-water test must be carried out after the film is completely dried.
  3. Carry out construction and acceptance inspection in accordance with relevant national regulations.
  1. Matters needing attention
  1. Do not construct when: the temperature is below 5ºC,the base is moist,wet weather.
  2. Stored in cool and dry place at 5-35ºC.
  3. Quality guarantee period:12 months.
  4. Specification: 20±0.15kg/ barrel.
  5. Transportation: Transported as non-dangerous goods.
