PTFE glass fiber cloth is a fiber cloth made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as plastic king) emulsion and impregnated with high-performance glass fiber cloth. It is a new high-performance, multi-purpose composite material product.
Selecting fine glass fiber or Kevlar as basic weaving material, processed with imported advanced weaving machine, and coated with excellent PTFE resin to make it into all various of Teflon mesh cloth as materials of conveyer belt.
Features:
1. Used for low temperature -196°C and high temperature 300°C, with weather resistance. 2. Non-adhesive, not easy to adhere to any substance. 3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents. 4. Low coefficient of friction, the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication. 5. The light transmittance reaches 6-13%. 6. It has high insulation performance, anti-ultraviolet and anti-static. 7. High strength. Has good mechanical properties, 8, chemical resistance.
