The company provides one-to-one service to customers, receives customers smoothly 24 hours a day, gives answers and makes records when receiving customers' demands, regularly revisits customers' product problems, and guides product installation online in the later stage.

• What about after service ?

  Our all prducts are fully tested before despatch, and we have  traceability system. Please contact our after-service team once  you have any product problem with some photos and videos to help us analyze them. We can make new ones to replace or reasonable compensation on both agreement.

• What are the payment terms you can accept ?

  T/T and L/C, others are negotiable.

• What is your MOQ ?

  Normally we accept one full container, but for special products we are happy to communicate with customer about order quantity.

• Can we customize our company logo or name on products?

  Yes, we can make permanent logo or sticker on products as the requirement from the customer.

• How fast can you finish the order ?

  U T M company always figures out a schedule that meets the customer needs once the order is confirmed. And all production plan will be worked out as schedule.

• Are you able to provide engineered drawings if needed ?

  Yes, U T M company has professional engineers who are capable of designing the most challenging scaffolding access solutions.
