The Chain Trencher is used widely. The width and depth of trenching are adjustable. It is applicable to trenching in sandy soil, loess, farmland, red land, black land, orchard and terrain with soft soil. The narrowest ditch can reach 12cm, the widest ditch can reach 100cm, and maximum depth can reach 2.5m. The blade used for the width of trencher can be adjusted according to the user requirement.
The ditch is steep and straight, which is incomparable by manual trenching and excavator. It has higher working efficiency and economic efficiency than excavator (the trenching speed is 4 to 6 times higher than that of excavator); the chipping blade and chain are made from special material and technology, the service life is long; especially in the case of digging narrow ditch (such as laying pipe and cable), the working effect of such trencher is more prominent. The overall structure is simple. It is easy to operate and maintain. The matching tractor must have ultralow speed creeper gear (the driving speed cannot exceed 6m/min, and the rotation of diesel engine reaches above 1800r/min). if there is no ultralow creeper gear, our company can modifier it and mount ultra-low speed device.
