Our VRT series is a high precision hollow rotary flange planetary gearbox. It features a compact flange interface for ease of installation.The mechanical connection of this flange gearbox to your machine is executed quickly and simply without requiring major adjustments, and is additionally secured by a dowel hole in the output flange.Besides, you will save more than a third of the space and benefit from a torsional stiffness that is five times higher than conventional products. The Compact structure of the flange output planetary gearbox provides high torsional rigidity, taper roller bearing support provides high axial and moment load capacity. The large diameter of VRT planetary gearbox allows for a higher achievable torsional stiffness. These gearboxes are particularly suitable in applications with motion occasion of high positioning precision, dynamic cyclic operations and compact solutions for motion control, automation, CNC machines and robotic. In conjunction with a pulley, you can use our flange gearboxes with many different types of belt for the drive system.Thanks to the versatility of our planetary gearboxes, we can also offer you a range of solutions tailored to your performance requirements.
