Product Description
HENKSEAL® Low Strength Threadlocker HS-222 is specially developed for fasteners under 1/4 inch (6mm) that require periodic maintenance. It adopts a patented flexible formula, ensuring anti-loosening performance while allowing for easy removal with hand tools, significantly enhancing equipment maintenance efficiency. Through three technological upgrades: 1. Impact-resistant and temperature-resistant technology (-55°C to 150°C stable protection) 2.48-hour rapid curing system 3.Environmentally friendly non-corrosive formula, it is perfectly suitable for sensitive components such as electronic devices and precision instruments. It has passed the ASTM D5363 AN0311 (Mil-S-46163A Type II Grade M) military-grade certification, is compatible with multiple materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and is specially equipped with a drip-proof and leak-proof tip design for precise control of usage.

USAGE DIRECTIONS:
  1. Clean the adhered surface, remove oil and rust, polish appropriately, clean and dry
  2. Apply the Threadlocker directly from the original package to the surface to be adhered, or you can apply it by brushing or scraping.
  3. During assembly, the parts should be rotated back and forth to spread the glue, and the parts should be positioned as quickly as possible.
  4. It can be partially cured in 5min~20min at room temperature. The bonding strength reaches the maximum value after curing for 24 hours.
