In automobile's body manufacture industry, we have successfully designed and developed AC and MFDC manual gun and robotic gun. With those equipments, splash and power consumption are largely decreased.
  For auto-parts industry. Heron has been developing high-power capacitor discharge welding machines up to 80kJ and equipped with real-time SPC QC system. For high current inverter resistance welding machines is up to 120KA.
  For compressor of refrigerator, our welders have served 90% manufacturers in China's compressor market. Heron has been kept designing and developing full automatic welders in compressor industry.
  In household appliance industry, for microwave ovens' manufacturer, Heron has provided clinch machines and capacity discharge welding machines. For water heater industry, we have customized welder for the nipple fitting, and the seam welder for the barrel.
  Our clinch line equipment is widely used in air conditioner, washing machine's welding process.
