A: We are a manufacture with 20 years mold design experience and manufacturing capability in the field of metal stamping and its accessory parts.

2. What is your main products?
A: We are mainly focus on the production of metal stamping dies and its accessory parts stamping, included home appliances, automobiles, motorcycles and other industry customers, from mould design, processing, assembly and debugging, to the stamping automation equipment matching manufacturing full process.

3. How long is your delivery time?
A: The standard stamping parts are shipped around 15-30 days after payment. For the mould delivey time, normally we can do 25-45 days fast mould delivery, specific delivery time will be different to various products.

4. What is your company need before to submit a quotation?
A: 2D/3D drawing or sample, and provide the following information, such as material, quantity, process requirements, surface treatment, equipment requirements, etc.Because most of products are customized products of customers, we need customers to provide as detailed product information as possible, so that we can provide accurate quotation and product services.

5. What is the free quantity of mold test sample?
A: Usually there will be provided 5-10 pieces of mold test samples with the test report. We will provide no more than 30 pieces of test sample after the customer confirmed that the test sample is qualified. The video of mold operation process is provided to confirm that the mould can steadily produce qualified parts.
In addition, there will be extra charge for more than 30 pieces of mould test sample.
