1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For in-stock items, there is No MOQ. However, considering the high international shipping cost, we suggest a minimum order of 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: We have an advanced design team capable of meeting your custom design requests.

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that inspect every order before delivery to ensure top-notch quality.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, of course. Samples of our regular products are available for free, though the delivery cost is to be borne by the customer. For custom carpets, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping. (Refer to No.14-14 for necessary details required for Custom Requests before quotation.)

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely. Please send us your detailed custom logo request.

6.What are your payment terms?
You can make payments via L/C, PayPal, T/T. Other payment terms are available; just contact us for more details.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for in-stock goods, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We have trade assurance. You can place your order there for added security.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF prices. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be arranged upon request.
