SE3-7062RE is equivalent to Toshiba 7T62RE or E3062E, it is metal ceramic structure, carbonization thorium tungsten cathode triode, cooled by forced air. The max working frequency 50MHz, the max anode dissipation power 1.5kW, the max output power 3.4kW, the tube is mainly used as oscillator of industrial high frequency heating equipment.

Caution for the use:
1. Before electrodes of electron tube connect the power supply, the cooling system should be started. The process of operation the power supply is as follows: filament voltage → grid electrode bias → anode voltage → grid positive voltage. When turning off the electron tube, the power supply should be cut off in the reverse order, and the cooling system should be turned off 15 minutes after cutting off the power supply.
2. The filament voltage of the electron tube should be imposed gradually or level by level. The instant impulse current should not be greater than 150% of the rated value. Fluctuation of the filament voltage should not exceed 2% of the rated voltage.
