1. Application of  silicon carbide    
  • With the content of more than 95% SiC, the toughness of black silicon carbide powder is higher than that of green silicon carbide.
  •  It is mostly used to process materials with low tensile strength, such as glass, ceramics, refractories,  stone,  cast iron and non-ferrous metals.






2.Product Introduction of black silicon carbide   
  • To get  black silicon carbide powder,the mixed powder is made of carbon powder and black silicon powder according to the molar ratio of 1:1.
  • The grinding ball and powder are sealed in argon tank at the mass ratio of 40:1, and the mechanical ball milling is carried out on the ball mill.
  • After 25 hours, the black silicon carbide powder with an average grain size of about 6nm was obtained.
