A1:Please send us your 2D/3D/Assembly drawings and detailed requirements about the materials and tolerance, etc. The more information you provide, the more accurate quotation you will receive.

A3: DWG / STP is preferred, and STEP, STL are available.

A4:Depends on your specific items and quantity needs, generally, the samples will be prepared within 3-7 days.

Q6:Before shipment,How to make sure the products quality?
A6:We have professional QC team to inspect each product before shipment. You can also come to visit our factory or ask a third party for the inspection. Or we can send you videos to show the production process.

A9:Please provide the inspection report with some pictures to show all defects of the prototype, we will check our inspection records, and discuss with you for next step. In general, if it is a defect caused by our quality problems or shipping problems, we will replace the bad prototypes in 10 days. If you can ship the prototype back to us, you will get the refunding.

Q10:Special explanation of the prototype quality?
A10:Prototype is different from the general product, usually it's fast delivery, urgent processing, and some aspects could not be achieved exactly the same as the drawings, we'll leave the adjustment place for customers to do the assembly. And some designs on the drawings may not be realized by machining, the functionality will be weaker than the final result, this is a common circumstance of prototype, and it is not belong to the category of quality problems. In the data analysis stage before place the order, our engineers will communicate these issues with customers specifically.
