Working Principle

The basic principle of air separation is use cryogenic distillation to condense air into liquid and separate the air according to the evaporation temperature of each component.

7Storage and vaporization SystemStore the separated liquid products, such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. When the air separation unit is under maintenance, overhaul, or short-term failure occurs, the stored liquid products can be vaporized and continue to be supplied to ensure that the production process will not be seriously affected by gas supply interruptions.
8Instrument Control SystemThe instrument control system can accurately measure and monitor various process parameters of the air separation unit, and control and adjust the air separation unit according to the measured parameters. When the process parameters exceed the normal range, an alarm signal will be issued and interlocking measures will be taken. Various data in the operation process recorded by the instrument control system can facilitate operators and managers to analyze and diagnose the operation of the device. 
9Electrical Control SystemThe electrical control system is responsible for providing power to all electrical appliances of the air separation unit and distributing power reasonably. For various equipment motors of the air separation unit, the electrical control system can realize the control functions of motor start, stop, speed regulation, etc., and protect the motor on the basis of monitoring the running status of the electrical equipment.
