Product Description

 1. Integrated design, complete machine laser cutting, compact structure, small footprint, convenient for field transfer, can work after three-phase power connection, without the need for installation and debugging.

2. The shot blasting room is made of integral Mn13 high manganese steel, with small clearance between the turntable and no jamming phenomenon. It is maintenance free for long-term use.

3. Pulse back blowing dust removal system: coated with flame retardant and anti-static filter element, with a large filtering area and a dust emission content of less than 10mg/m, with high dust removal efficiency.

4. The whole machine is sealed multiple times, without steel shot dust flying out.

5. The shot blaster is 11kW, and the imported ultra-high chromium vulnerable parts have a longer casting life. The overall dynamic balance of the shot blaster is verified, and the noise is lower.
