Impingement freezer inside structure :
1. The evaporator is equipped with a stainless steel SUS304 air duct bracket and stainless steel fan blades, and a high-efficiency, low-noise, waterproof, moisture-proof, and low-temperature resistant centrifugal fan.
2.The Impingement freezer is equipped with multiple high-pressure air ducts that blow air onto the upper and lower surfaces of the product through specially customized nozzles.
3.This blowing method allows for sufficient evaporation area to better dissipate heat and achieve rapid freezing of the product.
4.Adopting a unique jet blowing design to improve the quick freezing efficiency of cold air on frozen products.
5.The frozen product is winded up and down, making it freeze faster and of uniform quality. Simultaneously design and install low-temperature resistant soft air curtains at the import and export ports.
6.The internal air guide adjustment device can adjust the wind direction at any time to control the symmetry of the cold air and prevent it from overflowing. The fan is equipped with an air guide device on the side of the wall panel perpendicular to the air outlet;
7.The adjustable windbreak insulation device controls the feeding height and avoids the loss of cooling capacity.
