Principle

WINDRYOur Screw Vacuum Pump is masterfully crafted with dual paralleled screw rotors and a meticulously designed pump body, creating multiple sealed spaces. The rotors and pump body are engineered to maintain minute clearances (ensuring no contact, no friction). Driven by reverse gears, gas is seamlessly and continuously transferred from the inlet to the outlet, ensuring superior performance.
With its frictionless design, the dual rotors and pump body eliminate the need for lubrication, ensuring the delivery of clean gas. The continuous gas transfer, paired with a streamlined pathway, results in high efficiency. The outlet, positioned lower than the screw rotors, enhances drainage capability and simplifies cleaning. With no intermediate bulkhead, our design surpasses claw and rotor vacuum pumps in drainage and exhaust efficiency, while being remarkably easy to maintain.
