CENTRIFUGAL FAN

 

MTX-T series boiler pass-induced draft centrifugal fan blower mainly applies to the ventilation

system for a thermal power plant's 2-670t / h steam boiler. The MTX-T series can also be used
in industrial and general ventilation without other special requirements.

The centrifugal fan conveyor medium is the air; the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC;
induced draft fan blower for the media is flue gas; the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ºC.

A dust removal device must be installed in the front of the blower to minimize the amount
of dust in the blower. According to the usage of general power plants, the efficiency of equipped
dust collectors shall not be less than 85%.

These blowers are produced for customers' special requests.If the customer has other requirements
for pressure and air volume that is not included in the following list, please contact our
technicians will design and select the appropriate blower.

• It can be produced between Ø680 mm - Ø900mm with the requested diameter and variable blade angles.
• Air Volume is up to 9039m³/h (2.52m³/s)
• Static Pressure is up to 21931 Pa.

FAN CASING

The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
After production, the grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied; optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint, or epoxy paint is available. On fan casing, there is an Aerodynamical round Inlet
 

IMPELLER

Impellers are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet,stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium or FRP.

Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norms.

DRIVEN TYPE
Direct driven,belt driven, coupling driven.
 

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

Inlet silencer or outlet silencer,flexible connecter,air shutter.
