High Quality Cooling Tower Belt Pulley Reducer
Belt type reduction drive is widely application, through the tension in the pulley of the driving wheel and driven wheel belt for the power transfer to a mechanical transmission, it has a simple structure, stable transmission, can buffer vibration absorption, can be in large axial spacing between shaft and transmission power, low cost, without lubrication, easy maintenance and other characteristics, widely used in the cooling tower and a number of mechanical equipment.
The entire belt drive system includes motor pulley, fan pulley and V belts. There are two types ( upright mounting & upside down mounting) to meets different cooling tower requirements.
Superior belt from well recognized manufacturer, has good elasticity, it can be in a certain range according to the need to choose the length, to adapt well the center distance requirements of the larger working conditions.
Belt pulley reducer has the characteristics of simple structure, stable operation, small vibration, low noise, long service life, etc.
